About Anna
My life journey reached a stage where I needed answers about myself, Who am I? What is my purpose? What are my unique qualities, gifts, values, beliefs, strengths and much much more. How do I then integrate the learning into my everyday experience to ‘live my best life’.
The coaching process which seeks change from the inside out, a whole system approach, quickly became a passion for me and a natural curiosity was ignited. I wanted to learn more, read more and better myself in coaching techniques in the hope of helping my future clients but also myself. A healthy level of questioning is key to allow growth, the discomfort is temporary as you step out of the fishbowl into the sea of possibilites.
Although I initially enrolled in the course to learn about myself and embark on a journey of self development, I gained so much more than I could have ever thought! My passion while completing the course was profound and I realised quickly that offering the service of life coaching to help others live their best life perfectly aligned with my core values and led me to find my purpose.
